Rajiv is the founder of NEXT IN, an advisory firm that helps ventures realize their growth potential and advises enterprises on engaging with their customers in the digital world leveraging eCommerce, digital marketing, social media mobility and cloud-based services.

He partners a portfolio of exciting start-ups that are emerging leaders in eCommerce platforms, solar-powered lighting and retail distribution, ethnic food services, language technologies and crowd intelligence based social entrepreneurship. Rajiv is passionate about developing cross-border partnerships that can expand entrepreneurs’ reach to global opportunities and resources. The Israel – India startup corridor is one of his main focus areas.

Previously, Rajiv served as CEO of Future Group’s eCommerce/FutureBazaar.com (India’s largest retailer). Rajiv has held leadership roles at Cisco, KPMG and Andersen and over his 20 year career has built businesses and consulted across a range of sectors. He is a regular speaker at technology, eCommerce and retail industry forums and has conducted influential studies for the Ministry of IT in India and the Indian Software Industry Association.
